Frequently asked questions
Do you carry out a free site visit?
Yes. After the first conversation we arrange a site visit to judge what is possible and prepare a realistic quote.
How quickly do I get a quote?
We answer enquiries within one working day. A detailed quote with a design needs a site visit, usually a few days after it.
Do you work outside Sofia?
Yes. We build and deliver across the country, and we have completed work abroad, including in Greece.
Do you service pools built by someone else?
Yes. We offer warranty service, year-round maintenance, winter shutdown and a full range of chemicals and accessories, including for pools we did not build.
